Terms of Service & EULA

This is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and T-Wrap (“Developer”). By downloading or using the T-Wrap mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acknowledgement

Developer and User acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between Developer and User only, and not with Apple Inc. Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.

2. Scope of License

The license granted to User for T-Wrap is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that User owns or controls and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Ownership & User Content

• App Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the App (including software, UI, and branding) are owned by Developer.
• Your Designs: By creating or uploading designs in T-Wrap, you grant Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating the App’s community features.
• Prohibition: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Inspiration Only: Designs generated are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. T-Wrap does not guarantee the designs meet local safety or vehicle modification laws.
• Service Limitations: AI outputs may not always be unique. Developer does not warrant the continuous availability of AI services.

5. Subscription & Purchases

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription (“Pro”) will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Management of subscriptions and auto-renewal can be performed via App Store Account Settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple.

6. Maintenance, Support & Warranty

Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, User may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.

7. Product Claims & Intellectual Property

Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App (product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, or consumer protection). In the event of a third-party claim of intellectual property infringement, Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation and defense of such claim.

8. Legal Compliance

User represents and warrants that (i) he/she is not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) he/she is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Developer and User acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against User as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
